The terms of use of the website regulate the relationship between the company and any company and/or person browsing and/or using the website or the information contained therein (each of them hereinafter: "the user").

5. Warranty
We provide a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase of the product (with a purchase confirmation and subject to the product being inspected by our company) on Manufacturing defect, chip disconnection or problem with the placement only. Product inspection/repair of the product will not exceed 30 days from the date the item arrives at our offices.
The product warranty does not include damage caused to the products for any reason that does not arise from a manufacturing defect and/or damage caused by unreasonable use. It is clarified that the aforementioned warranty does not apply in the event of an accident, fall, scratches and abrasions.
In addition, we offer our customers a paid repair service without a time limit from the date of purchase for damage that can be repaired (this is subject to the company's exclusive decision whether the product can be repaired or not).
6. Information security and privacy
Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customer is of the utmost importance to the company.
As part of the purchase process, registering for the company's customer club and by browsing the site, the customer will be asked to provide his personal information.
